Every church story begins with a burden. Ours: to obey the Great Commission by planting churches that make disciples who make disciples.
In the Tri-Valley, God gave us a conviction to start a gospel-centered church where discipleship means learning and living, equipping and sending. As C. Peter Wagner wrote, “The single most effective evangelistic methodology under heaven is planting new churches.”
What began as prayers and conversations grew into a core team, and on July 27, 2025, Vintage Church gathered for the first time — the birth of a new church family in Livermore, built on the gospel and open to anyone who wants to grow in Christ or explore faith.

From the very start, we’ve said it: we’re not planting a service — we’re planting a church. Church planting is missionary work. In Acts, believers went out, the gospel went with them, people believed, and churches were born.
Our mission is simple but bold: to be a church with deep compassion for our city, seeing the gospel break beyond our gatherings, into neighborhoods, workplaces, and the nations.

We are planting in Livermore with a vision that begins here — to bless this city — and reaches outward: becoming a sending church that raises up leaders, plants new churches locally and globally, and sees the gospel ripple across the Bay Area and beyond.
The future of Vintage is not built on our strength, but on God’s Spirit at work — forming a people who know Him deeply through Scripture, prayer, repentance, and joy; who love their city; who carry the gospel wherever they go; and who are sent to bless the nations.
